Easy Ways to Return Your Order

To a Warehouse Clothing Outlet store: Bring your merchandise and invoice to one of our Warehouse Clothing Outlet stores. This is the quickest and easiest way to return merchandise and receive an immediate replacement, refund or credit.

By Mail: Complete the "Returns or Exchange" form on the invoice and return it with the item. If you do not have your invoice, please enclose your name, address, email, phone and credit card account number (if it was a credit purchase) plus the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it to the address below. For exchanges, we recommend you order your replacement items right away at www.thewarehouseclothingoutlet.com to ensure availability.

Customers are responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you insure your return shipment; we cannot be responsible for return shipments that do not arrive at our facility.

Our Return Policy

Returned items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt. Items returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. No refund will be issued after 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
